Rise Team

The Rise at Futures team works with patients to motivate, inspire, educate, and heal. The Rise Team coordinates with the Futures Recovery Healthcare clinical colleagues to provide a comprehensive array of evidence-based clinical care, experiential therapy, adventure therapy, and wellness services.
