Terry Macho has counseled, taught, created and led programs from both an operational and clinical perspective over his 20 plus years devoted to the behavioral healthcare and SUD arenas. His deepest experience and interest lies in delivering positive results through innovative and compassionate therapy to mature professionals and their families. His tenure with Hanley and the Headwaters program is valuable experience to the mission at Orenda.
