Katie Cullen

Katie Cullen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Psychology and minor in Education from the University of Florida, after which she worked as a teacher in an alternative high school setting in West Palm Beach. Working with at-risk teens and young adults led Katie to discover her passion for helping others, ultimately leading her to pursue a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Katie is EMDR trained and has worked as a therapist in a residential substance abuse treatment setting for 10 years. She enjoys assisting clients along their journey of healing emotionally, mentally and physically, as they work towards creating a stronger, healthier sense of self. A south Florida native, in her spare time Katie enjoys kayaking, exploring nature, spending time at the beach, reading and traveling.
