12:00PM to 1:00PM: Break for lunch
Session 2:
1:00PM to 1:50PM: Relapse Prevention
2:00PM to 3:00PM: Gratitude in Recovery
3:10PM to 3:30PM: Alumni Services Wrap Up
Friday April 15th:
Session 1:
10:00AM to 10:50AM: Welcome and Icebreaker
11:00AM to 11:50AM: Asking for Help in Recovery
12:00PM to 1:00PM: Break for lunch
Session 2:
1:00PM to 1:50PM: Recovery Capital
2:00PM to 2:50PM: Loss of Control and Surrender
3:00PM to 4:00PM : Hypnotherapy followed by Alumni Services Wrap Up
REQUIREMENTS FOR ATTENDANCE
Out of respect for the event, facilitator, and other alumni, video participation, and participation from a quiet, non-public space is preferred but not required.
-Attending both days and all sessions is not required
-Participants must be clean/sober during programming
