Sylvia Bischoff

Sylvia Bischoff has a passion for individuals to overcome personal challenges to improve their relationships with themselves and those around them. Naturally curious and having a passion for learning, she brings a holistic perspective to the mental health arena and the mind-body-spirit connection.

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor, Sylvia has worked with diverse individuals in her private practice since 2012. During that time she has helped clients overcome anxiety, trauma, life changes of all kinds and chronic illness. In her practice she utilizes a variety of evidence-based interventions such as EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Guided Imagery/Meditation and CBT/DBT. Regardless of what approach Sylvia draws from she truly believes that finding a therapist you “connect” with is most important.

She is also certified to perform behavioral assessments that measure the dynamics of individuality – how individuals act, react, communicate, lead and manage stress. She provides services for various companies assisting them with screening/hiring applicants, performance retention, conflict resolution and their ongoing team dynamics.
